After annual enrollment, we will work with you to modify the Enrollment Guide to serve as a New Hire Guide. At this point, you may want to include additional information about your Company's mission and culture.
Occassionally, there are plan changes made outside of the annual enrollment that need to be communicated. We will work with you to determine the best form of communication for your employees.
After annual enrollment, most plan communication ends. However, there is a tremendous opportunity to continue to educate your employees on the features of your benefit plans and educate them on the tools that are avaliable to them as plan members.
