Rob has over 25 years in the benefits and HR industry. While at Mass Mutual and Cigna, he built expertise in tech design, funding, and communication of healthcare and retirement plans. At Ceridian, he specialized in benefits compliance and HR administration for Fortune 500. At Wachovia, he built the largest, fastest growing employee benefits practice in Florida while leading Wachovia's national healthcare, communications, and technology practice groups. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University, the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation awarded jointly by the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation awarded by The American College. He has been published in local and national periodicals and is a frequent speaker at industry functions and conferences.
Rob is a past president of the Tampa Bay chapter of CEBS, was a member of the Leadership Tampa class of 1995, and currently serves on the board of the UnitedHealthcare Childrens' Foundation.

Debbie is a 22 year veteran of the insurance business, 15 devoted to employee benefits serving the mid-market right here on Florida's west coast. She most recently was a Senior Account Executive in the Employer Solutions division at Wachovia Insurance Services, Tampa. she is accomplished in tech design, funding, communication, administration, and compliance of all forms of employee benefits. Debbie has established valuable relationships with all the major carriers and serves on the Humana Agent Advisory Committee.
